Single storey wrap-around extension – Westbury-on-Trym, Bristol
This single-storey wrap-around extension in Westbury-on-Trym, Bristol, modernised and extended a family home to create a brighter and more flexible living environment. The existing rear extension was replaced with a new flat roof incorporating a large lantern skylight, bringing abundant natural light into the space.
A new side extension was added to connect seamlessly with the existing layout, providing a dedicated home office and a spacious utility room. Inside, the ground floor was reconfigured to create an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, centred around a generous kitchen island that forms a natural hub for everyday life and entertaining.
